Alina at the front desk deserves special mention. She not only provided us with helpful information about the hotel but also guided us about the city, making our exploration much easier and enjoyable. Hope she'll get a promotion soon.

Breakfast was decent, providing a good start to the day. I also enjoyed the amenities, especially the gym and the ping pong table. Overall, a great experience!

The location was perfect for the Rugby 7s and the ice hockey (being right next door) as well as all other tourist attractions and shopping. The team were helpful and friendly and natural with their interactions. They offered ideas and suggestions for our stay without being pushy. The laundry facilities are an excellent addition too.

Staff were so professional, friendly, and informative, and they made my husband and I like we were royalty. The next time I am in Vancouver I will be staying at Hampton Inn and Suites on Robson.
